Hello! My name is Steph, and I’m the Administration Manager at Castlebridge School. I bring with me a strong background in coordination and organisation, having previously worked as a Coordinator for the NHS. That experience helped me develop a deep understanding of the importance of clear communication, efficient systems, and compassionate support—all of which I now apply in my role here.

Working in a SEN setting is something I’m truly passionate about. I believe that education is a vital foundation that shapes every aspect of a person’s life. Supporting a school that empowers students to reach their full potential, no matter their challenges, is incredibly rewarding. I’m proud to be part of a team that values inclusion, care, and growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy being at the beach and out on the water, as well as arts and crafts, which helps me stay balanced and inspired. I’m always looking for ways to improve our systems and support the amazing staff and families that make up our school community.
